The Ipro Bacteria-OFF 30 works by forming a molecular layer of covalently bound biocidal molecules, based on silicone polymer chemistry. It uses purified, deionized water,natural ingredients and a synergistic blend of FDA, EPA and Health Canada registered antimicrobial compounds.
The antimicrobial “pins”, that form on the surface, have highly positively charged atoms that attract the negatively charged molecular structure of “spikes” and the cell wall and membrane is lysed; the organism is then killed and the process continues.
When applied to a surface by spraying, wiping or 'fogging'; the product uses the power of oxygen to first kill harmful pathogens, while leaving behind a mono-molecular layer that permanently bonds to the surface. The molecules are antimicrobial, silane based polymers that provide a covalent bond to the surface;forming a barrier of positively charged microscopic pins.
